The central point of this study is to assess and disclose the provision of human rights in Islamic perspective by defining the concept of human right and it’s characteristics in both Islamic and western perspectives, studying various documents and events in Islamic history with a view to extracting the human rights and freedoms contained therein. To this effect, we have also examined the distinction between human rights in Islam and contemporary views of human rights propagated by the westerner ideology.
