Abstract

Dr. Umer Chapra, a leading Muslim economist, a Faisal Laureate, has made a seminal contribution by writing “The Future of Economics: An Islamic Perspective” not only to Islamic economic literature, but also to the contemporary economic debate as such. The book of 425 pages was published by The Islamic Foundation, UK in the year 2000.
